By accessing or using the services of All Web Vision, including domain registration, web hosting, and related technical services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. All Web Vision acts solely as a service provider and does not own, control, or monitor the content, operation, or activities of any client website or domain. Domain registrations are subject to availability and third-party registry policies, and all payments made are non-refundable except in cases where a domain cannot be successfully registered. Clients are required to provide accurate WHOIS information and ensure timely renewal of their domain, failing which may result in suspension or permanent loss of the domain. The client, being the owner of the domain and website, is solely and fully responsible for all content, data, transactions, and activities conducted through their website. This includes ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in India, including IT laws, cyber laws, and intellectual property regulations. All Web Vision shall not be held responsible or liable for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities carried out by the client, nor for any loss, damage, data breach, business interruption, or third-party claims arising from the use of the client’s website or domain. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Web Vision, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any legal claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use or misuse of services. All Web Vision reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if any violation of these terms is detected, including but not limited to illegal activity, non-payment, or server misuse. In the event of any legal issues, disputes, or unlawful activities related to the website or domain, the client shall be solely responsible for responding to authorities and appearing before the appropriate legal bodies, and All Web Vision shall not be liable or required to participate except where mandated by law. All Web Vision may remove or disable access to any website or content if required by law, complaint, or risk assessment. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Mumbai]. All Web Vision reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
